I’ve taken my vehicles to Honest 1 on SE 82nd and Duke St for the past ten years. They have provided great feedback on what my cars needed - a Mazda and a Camry - over the time period, and Tony has let me know which repairs were urgent and which ones I could delay or not do at all if I so chose. We thought my Nissan Murano had transmission problems and I packed it for over 4 months because it was having a humming sound. When we took it to Honest on SE Stark St, Portland office, they accessed the suv and called use to let us know that it will not cost us $5,000 or more but less than $1,500 as they diagnosed that it was the wheel bearing that needed replacing. What a relief. They truly represent what they stand for, Honesty is truly their watchword.

Place is great. I had a blown master cylinder on my rv. They scheduled me quickly, got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time, and my brakes work perfectly. Price was reasonable for the job, and they were also cool with doing a last-minute oil change on my generator. Tony is helpful, chill, and communicative.

Honest-1 saved me in a crisis - my car broke down on the highway, and they let me get it towed straight to them just before closing. They called me first thing the next day to let me know what was wrong. By noon I had my car back all fixed up! Scott was incredibly helpful, kind and communicative throughout the process, and kept me updated with clear expectations of price and timeline. I cannot recommend Honest-1 enough!!
