My 1st experience was an amazing one. These guys know their stuff and didntlie and say I needed to replace parts I didn't need to. I will be back many more times!! The service manager Bob Craft is an outstanding individual! ! A++++

This place is really honest. They will let you know if your car is not worth fixing.

I was in the office when Scott was there, concerning the oil change. The man at the counter was very calm when Scott came across very rude and upset . After trying to explain why the oil filter in Scott's car would cost an additional $6, Scott left in a very unprofessional manner. From what I witnessed Honest 1 handled the situation in a professional and calm manner.

I go here for all my car care needs. Always get the best prices for labor and parts.

The guys at this shop are great! Some mechanics will try to rake you over the coals in an attempt to squeeze more money from your pocket, Not gonna happen at this shop! They always shoot straight and make sure they do what best for their customers.

I've had four different cars worked on at Honest 1 on 82nd. I've found them to be reasonably priced and...well, honest. If they don't know what the problem is, they say so. If they can fix it, they give an estimate and stick to it. I've never found them trying to do unnecessary work. I've probably had at least a dozen repairs/maintenance visits in there over 4 years and they have not disappointed me yet. I'm not easy to please. My policy on repair shops is that they get once chance to disappoint me and I'm moving on. I've probably used over a dozen shops in the last 20 years and this is the only shop I haven't had to walk away from.

I recently took my 15+ year old car in to Honest 1 on 82nd avenue to have it checked out and evaluated. They did a wonderful job. They inspected it, at my request, from top to bottom and fixed things I knew were wrong as well as things I didn't know were wrong . The result is wonderful. It drives and handles and feels almost like new. I am so impressed and thankful. Tony and crew are professional, knowledgeable, skillful and honest.

This shop is amazing. My check engine light came on, and he took me in same day, on New Years eve, got me in and out the same day. Being my personal vehicle as well as used as my vehicle for UBER, it was important that I had my car out as quickly and available to drive that night, safety first for my customers as well. I will come back here, and totally recommend him. Kind and courteous, service. And they give AAA discounts as well.
